By downloading, installing, or using the TekzAI application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TekzAI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered nutrition analysis for football players. The App scans food labels and meals, generates personalised performance scores, and suggests alternative food options based on your player profile.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TekzAI. Users aged 13–17 will have certain content restrictions applied automatically, including the removal of supplement recommendations. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate profile information (age, height, weight, position) for the AI to function correctly.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

TekzAI offers two tiers:

• Free tier: Limited to 3 scans per day with core functionality.
• Pro tier: Unlimited scans, Performance Diary, match history, Smart Swap recommendations, and Match-Day Readiness bar.

Subscription pricing and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund policies are subject to the respective platform's terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Misrepresent your identity or profile information.

7. Health Disclaimer

TekzAI provides general nutritional guidance tailored to football performance. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements. TekzAI is not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology within TekzAI are the intellectual property of TekzAI and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekzAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of TekzAI after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
