Who you'd be working for

TekzAI is an AI football performance app, live on the Apple App Store with a 4.9-star rating. Search "Tekz AI" and download it yourself — this is a real product with real paying users, not a scheme.

We grow it entirely through faceless TikTok slideshows — a format that has already produced hundreds of thousands of views and thousands of downloads. Now we're paying people to help us run it at scale.

This is the content

A real post. Slide 1 is the hook, slide 2 is the stat card. A couple of minutes to make.

The job, start to finish

01

Come up with a hook

Your idea, your words. Get inspiration from the accounts already running this format, then make it your own.

02

Find a photo

Pull a football photo from Pinterest — grassroots, Sunday league, academy. We show you exactly what works.

03

Build the slideshow

Hook image with text first, TekzAI stat card on the last slide. A couple of minutes in Canva with our templates.

04

Post & repeat

3 posts on each of your 4 accounts — 12 a day total. Trending audio, caption, hashtags. That's the job.

$150–250/month

Paid weekly — that's $37–50 every week, not a month of waiting.

You run 4 accounts, 3 posts on each — 12 slideshows a day. Once you've got the hang of it that's 30–45 minutes.

And it grows from there

Performance bonuses on top whenever your accounts hit view targets

More accounts to run once you've proven you're reliable — pay scales per account

Team lead roles for the strongest performers as we expand

The full playbook

Everything you need, laid out. Read it before you post — it's the difference between a post that flops and a post that pays.

Setting up your account

Your account must look like a real young footballer's page — not a brand page. That's what makes the content work.

Username

A normal, personal-sounding handle. It does not need to mention football — the football signal comes from your photo, content and warm-up. Good: jaydenmoore_, kai.rb, tobias_9. Avoid brand or bot names like bestfootballclips247.

Display name

A real first name, optionally a position or a single emoji. Jayden · Kai ⚽ · Marcus · CDM

Profile picture

A clean, moody football image — a pitch under floodlights, boots, a silhouette, a stadium. Never the TekzAI logo.

Bio

Short and human, like a 17-year-old who loves football. Two lines: a vibe line, then a soft plug.

Bio rules: phrase the CTA like a fan, not an advert. One CTA only. No hashtags. Keep the name, picture and bio consistent once set.

Proxy setup

Every account runs behind a proxy in the location we assign you. We provide the proxy details — you set it up on your device before you create the account, and leave it on.

One proxy per account, never shared. This is what keeps your accounts reaching the right audience and stops them getting flagged. Set it up before anything else — an account created on the wrong IP can't be fixed later.

Warming up the account

Do this for 30 minutes a day, for 1–2 days, before your first post. Skipping it is the single biggest reason accounts flop.

1 · Train your For You Page

Search and watch: football, grassroots football, Sunday league, football training, academy football, football edits. You're teaching the algorithm who you are.

2 · Behave like a human

Scroll, like, save and comment naturally. Roughly a 5% like rate — don't like every video. Follow 1–2 relevant micro-accounts (5K–150K) a day. Repost 1–2 football posts a day.

3 · Keep warming up after you start posting

5 minutes of scrolling before every single post. Every day. This never stops.

Target audience: 13–25 year-old footballers — grassroots, Sunday league, academy and semi-pro. Priority countries: UK & Ireland, then Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark. Match your language and references to the country you pick.

The content format

It's simple: a hook, then the reveal. Two slides minimum, more if the story needs it.

Slide 1 — the hook

An image with text on it. That's it. The image can be anything that fits — a moody football photo, a player walking away, a screenshot of a text message conversation. The text is the hook: something that makes someone stop and want the next slide.

Fake text-message screenshots work especially well right now — someone doubting you, a girl asking about you and your mate, a coach benching you. But it doesn't have to be. Whatever stops the scroll.

Last slide — the reveal

A football photo with the TekzAI stat card laid over it, plus a short cocky line answering the hook. This is the payoff and it must always be the final slide.

If your hook was a text saying “there's no way you're as fast as Mbappe”, the last slide is the speed card and the line “mf i'm faster”. Set up the doubt, then answer it with the card.

Middle slides (optional)

You can add a slide between if it builds tension — a zoom on the key text message, a second line of the conversation. Don't overdo it; two or three slides is usually best.

Making the stats hit

The numbers are the hook. Push them well above average so a viewer stops, screenshots, and asks “what app is that?” — a striker with 21 goals in 6 games, a 37 km/h top speed, a 233-day streak.

One hard rule: keep them humanly possible. Push right to the edge of belief, never past it into the physically impossible. Believable-but-outrageous beats realistic-but-boring.

Making a post, step by step

  1. Come up with your hook. This is on you — brainstorm it, or scroll the accounts below and similar football pages for inspiration. Doubt, rivalry, a girl, a coach, being written off. Save anything that makes you stop scrolling and rework it in your own words.
  2. Find your photo on Pinterest. Searches like “grassroots football pics” or “Sunday league photography” return excellent non-league images. If your hook is a text message, build that screenshot instead.
  3. Build it in Canva — add the photo, apply effects (vignette, lowered saturation) for mood, add your text, then the stat card template on the final slide. Canva's “Magic Grab” lets you pull a player forward and place the card behind them.
  4. Export your slides.
  5. Post to TikTok with an audio that fits the mood — TikTok's suggestions are usually good. Write your caption, add #football #fyp, post.
You don't need to send us anything. All accounts and posts are tracked automatically — we see your views and output on our end.

You can post any style you like, as long as the TekzAI card lands on the final slide.

Rules & approval

Posts are reviewed on proper TekzAI integration, not views alone.

What gets a post rejected

Low quality content or low effort. That's it.

Also required

40%+ Tier-1 audience · no botting or faked views or demographics · pin 1–2 TekzAI comments once a post passes ~8K views.

Prohibited content

Graphic injury or hospital content · gambling · hooliganism or violence · under-13s as the subject · offensive or hateful content · fake claims about real named players or clubs.

Instant removal: faking analytics · botting · ghosting the team · spamming · promoting competitors · copying someone else's content 1:1.

Account management

Do

Reply to comments — engagement pushes reach. Keep warming up, 5 minutes before every post. Keep your proxy on at all times.

Don't

Repost the same content · delete and re-upload repeatedly · spam-post. Each one is a flagging risk on a new account.

Filter your comments

TikTok → Settings → Privacy → Comments → turn on “Filter unwanted comments” and “Filter specific keywords” → add Fake and AI.

Questions

Do I need to show my face?

+

No. This is 100% faceless content. You never appear on camera and never record anything.

Do I need followers or experience?

+

No. Every account starts from zero. We give you the full guide, the templates and the hooks — you follow the format.

How much time does it take?

+

You run 4 accounts with 3 posts each — 12 slideshows a day. That takes 30–45 minutes once you've got the hang of it. Most of that is picking photos and writing hooks; the design work is already done.

How and when do I get paid?

+

$150–250 a month depending on performance, paid weekly — so $37–50 lands every week via Wise, PayPal or Payoneer, whichever suits you. You never wait a month to see money.

What do I need to start?

+

A phone, reliable internet, decent written English, and the discipline to post every day. You must be 18 or over.

What if I miss days?

+

Consistency is the job. Miss days regularly and we'll end the arrangement — which also means the people who show up every day get more accounts and higher pay.
